Public access and recreation

Existing public rights of way and bridleways which cross the site would remain available for use by walkers, cyclists, and horse riders. In addition, a network of new access tracks would be created to serve the development and it is anticipated that these would also be available to the aforementioned groups providing public access to a greater proportion of the site than is presently the case.
