Environmental Impact Assessment

An Environmental Impact Assessment is being undertaken in accordance with government regulations. The findings will be collated into an Environmental Statement that will form part of the planning application to Melton Borough Council and play an essential part in the determination process. Statutory consultees, such as Natural England and the Environment Agency, will also consider the application and will provide a formal response to our proposals.
