The site location

Broughton Lodge is located between the villages of Broughton Moor, Great Broughton and Little Broughton. It is situated 5 km west of Cockermouth and 8 km east of Workington.

Broughton Lodge extends to some 198 hectares. The completed development will occupy only 1.2 hectares (<1% of the total site area).
